In a situation that has already been stressful and complicated for our family, having someone communicate clearly, treat our concerns seriously, and simply be kind has made a tremendous difference.
I also spoke with his supervisor, Jesse, and specifically requested that Zach return for the remaining work. That is probably the strongest compliment I can give: I trust Zach and feel completely comfortable having him back in our home.
