The last thing one wants to see is water on the side of the toilet bowl. I know nothing about plumbing and live in a second floor condo so many scary thoughts were racing through our minds: who to call, are they qualified, how much will this be? Well, first of all we called Stephen Moore a plumber who we met while he was working at another residence a few months ago. We called him on Friday and he came out today, Saturday morning. After diagnosing the problem was beyond a simple valve leak, Stephen called Santana J ( part of his team) who works with him at Zona Restoration. Santana came out within a half hour; on a Saturday morning. Luckily, he was able to tell us we caught our problem pretty quickly and after setting us up with some equipment to clean and dry the area (and a machine to keep the air clean) for the next few days, Santana patiently explained the options of paying cash or filing a homeowner’s insurance claim. This is all new to us and I have to say the fact that they came out so quickly, took time to answer all our questions and reassured us that my downstairs neighbor has not been affected has left us feeling not only so relieved but very confident that the repair will be fixed correctly and professionally. Thank you Stephen and Santana, it’s our anniversary tomorrow so you saved our weekend!
